SCOPE OF WORK

• Complete installation and service of plumbing and HVAC systems. (Prime contracting and/or subcontracting) New construction and remodeling Mechanical (piping & equipment) - chilled, condenser, steam, hot water, glycol, refrigerant, fuel oil, high temp & high pressure systems, lab gas
• Plumbing (piping & equipment) - site (pipe & structures), sanitary, storm, vent, domestic water, natural gas, medical gas, equipment and fixtures
• Emergency and temporary heating/cooling systems
• Retrofit, repair and/or replacement of existing Central Plant HVAC Equipment, i.e.; cooling towers, chillers, boilers, pumps, heat exchangers and related equipment
• Computer room, laboratory or manufacturing facility- process piping and equipment system installation
• High Purity gases, process piping and equipment installations
• Temperature controls - conversion from electric or pneumatic systems to computerized direct digital system
• Subcontracted work - Sheetmetal, insulation, temperature controls, air & water balance
• Mechanical and Plumbing systems consulting
• Capable of engineering/design-build work offering complete "turn key" installations
• Orbital Welding Services (by subsidiary company-Paramount Orbital Welding Services)

QUALITY CONTROL
Paramount Mechanical performs a job specific quality control (QC) plan for each project. The QC plan assures conformance with project requirements and operational needs of owners. The plan includes a formal commissioning plan for all HVAC and plumbing equipment & systems.
