1)   Service – Full (Mechanical & Plumbing) Service Company providing facility system maintenance, service and equipment replacement/installations and emergency repair.  Annual contract – service & maintenance agreements.

1a)   HVAC Service — Complete HVAC building/facility service for all mechanical equipment, piping and process systems

1b)   Plumbing Service — Complete plumbing building/facility service for all plumbing equipment, piping and plumbing/process systems. Water jetting & drain cleaning, piping up to 24" pipe line video camera & utility location backflow certification

Plumbing, Mechanical and Refrigeration, annual service contracts for systems, scheduled maintenance

Licensed in all Washington Metropolitan jurisdictions — DC, MD and VA. All work performed by certified union Local #5 plumbers and Local #602 Steamfitters
